Lovers' Quarrel
Tempers fiery as the dragon's breath
Fanning high the flames of anger
Wills crashing louder than the thunder
Issuing from Zeus's mighty finger
Passions flaring brighter than fire
Stolen from the ancient gods
Feelings higher than the billowing clouds
Upon which God's angels gently trod
Words of anger unwisely chosen
Meaning nothing but to hurt
Later on saying I'm sorry
For things never meant to blurt
Slowly together lovers find their way
Conquering life's challenges day by day
Lovers' Quarrel
