10 keys to manifesting everything you desire

1. Be clear. Define what you desire. Always focus on the now, that is focus on already having your goal in this now moment, not on receiving it in the future.
2. Be open. Your mind works best when it’s open.
3. Be willing. It’s important that you are able to feel the gift you’re about to receive. Are you able to release or surrender the goal, then trust that it will flow to you naturally and easily? Allow God to give you everything that already belongs to you.
4. Be happy. God’s will for you is perfect joy. The more you realize that you deserve perfect joy and accept it, you become the kind of teacher the world needs most.
5. Be focused. Stay focused on what’s behind the goal rather than on the goal itself. Ask yourself, Why am I seeking this gift in the first place? What’s the motivating desire that I’m not looking at? Focus on your desire and then ask yourself where is it coming from. Once you have discovered your answer, focus on what lies deeper in your heart. This will allow for the perfect outcome. It may not be the first one you envisioned but you will be satisfied with it because you tuned in to your inner self and fulfilled the deeper desire of your soul. Trust that your heart knows more than your mind when it comes to these things, and let the more gentle focus guide your path.
6. Be expectant. Always expect the best!!! Affirm that everything you desire will come to you with ease, grace and balance. Remember that energy flows where the attention goes. If you are focused on creating something but your inner thoughts are fixed on failure, that’s what you’ll attract. Become aware of your deeper thoughts and impulses. And if needed, extend some love in their direction. Focusing love usually means that you’re open, understanding and uncritical. You’ll discover that that you’ll be able to soothe your doubts better with love than with criticism. Negative attention only serves to re-enforce the patterns that created the block, whereas loving-kindness dissolves everything in its path.
We’ve all heard the saying “ Expect a miracle.” This is very good advice, because what you truly expect will always be yours. One of the most crucial lessons to learn in the art of attraction is : “God always gives you what you ask for”
7. Be energetic. The higher the impulse, the more energetic the response. In other words, your energy usually increases when you ask for what your soul really wants.
8. Be positive. This key is an absolute.
If you’re negative about what you’re desiring to attract, the Universe will interpret your negativity as not wanting, and you won‘t achieve your goal.
9. Be true.
10. Be grateful. Gratitude is perhaps the most important key to attracting everything you deserve. It’s the activating force that God can’t deny and the Universe bows to a heart filled with Divine appreciation. You are no different. When someone is grateful for a gift you’ve offered it makes you want to give even more.

Forever young

Whatever your age, your body is many years younger. In fact, even if you're middle aged, most of you may be just 10 years old or less.

Although people may think of their body as a fairly permanent structure, most of it is in a state of constant flux as old cells are discarded and new ones generated in their place.

Your body is younger than you think

so it is...

so it is...just like I said it would be...:)

I always knew we would break the walls and finally find this undefeatable confidence in each other,
a feeling that we no longer have to strive to make things work
but that they will just work
a feeling, that we can fill ourselves with energy coming from a deep, deep, never ending well, which we fill every day,
the well of our love...

Free Your Mind

It is your right to enforce your will over the world. You must clear every self limiting belief about doing so. Free your mind. Do what thou will is the sum of the whole law. You can only exert your will to the level where your mind is free from all limiting beliefs or conflicting thoughts from doing so. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. Many people are in conflict with themselves and therefore they cannot enforce their will over the world. You must be one with yourself to exert your complete power.

Natural Youth

New York instructor Annelise Hagen, suggests dozens of exercises to stretch and tone the muscles.
One favourite, which claims to leave you looking good - but does nothing of the sort while you are in the midst of it - is The Lion, for which you leave your tongue hanging out and roll your eyes upwards.
Miss Hagen encourages class members to hold the position for a full minute.
She jokes: "You can do this any time. It really helps you get a seat on the train."
Other exercises include: Kiss the Ceiling: Tilt your head back and try to kiss the ceiling.
Repeat four times. "Firms the jaw, neck and throat and plumps the lips."
The Brow Lift: Raise the muscles above the eyebrows and use your fingers to smooth out the resulting forehead wrinkles. Raise eyebrows 20 times. Repeat. "Firms the forehead."
The Satchmo: Puff both cheeks with air, then transfer the air from cheek to cheek until you run out of breath. Repeat four times. "Keeps cheeks strong and supple."
The Crow, Crow Go Away: Smile, and place a finger on the crease coming from each eye. Then pulse your lower eyelid muscles against the resistance. Repeat 20 times. "Reverses droop in lower lids, uncreases crow's feet."
The Marilyn: Visualise throngs of admiring fans and blow kisses. Repeat four times. Then do the same while adding resistance by pressing two fingers lightly against your puckering lips. "Creates firmer lips."
According to Miss Hagen, facial muscles become weak and flabby just like other muscles and need regular workouts.
"I'm teaching my students to consciously release muscles rather than paralysing them, which is what Botox does," she said.
